1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Not applicable on items marked as non-returnable (e.g., hygiene or clearance items).

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at sarachnabyharshita@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. We will arrange a pickup (if available) or ask you to ship it back.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
  4. if replacement is approved, the replaced order will be delivered within 7-10 businees days

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Please report within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Email us photos of the damaged or incorrect item for verification.

5. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 48 Hours.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may request a return after delivery.
